This means no more creaking, smoother operation, longer bearing life, and really quick bearing replacement. In Angular Contact (A/C) bearings, ALL balls are engaged and spread the force over a larger surface area, to decrease friction and minimize wear.

If your Quarq spider has an ID less than 49.5mm, your crank may rub on the BB cup.
