Wolf Tooth GnarWolf Chainguide Braze-on
Description
The Wolf Tooth GnarWolf Braze-On Chainguide rev2 provides maximum chain retention in the roughest gravel, CX, and road races. Designed specifically around 1x wide/narrow chainrings, the GnarWolf Chainguide rev2 will keep your chain glued to your chainring in the most extreme of conditions. No other gravel, road, or CX chainguide is as rigid or as easy to adjust as the GnarWolf.
- 8mm of chainline adjustment via our GuideLock quick adjustment system. No shims required.
- Infinite vertical adjustment between 34T and 46T for round and oval chainrings
- Loosen one screw to flip the guide out of the way for easy chain removal without losing any of the guide's adjustments
- All adjustments made with common 4mm hex key
- Designed for the rigors of the muddiest CX course or roughest gravel riding, the Wolf Tooth engineers made this guide extremely stiff and strong while keeping it light at 44g
- Specific guide shaping is optimized for use with elliptical/oval and round chainrings
- Installation takes just a few minutes – no need to remove your crank arms
Compatibility
- Designed to fit on any bike with an integral braze-on mount. If you have a round seat tube with no braze-on mount, you can buy a braze-on adapter
- Designed to accommodate chainlines from approx. 45mm to 51mm
- Minimum distance of 10 mm between crank and center of ring
- Optimized for use with oval and round 34-46T chainrings. (Clearance for larger chainrings is possible using the LoneWolf mid sweep and high sweep braze-on mount guides.)
- For 1x use only
- Not compatible with crankset mounted bashrings
* Note: Braze-on mount is not at the same height on all bikes so max chainring size will vary somewhat depending on frame brand and model

The 104 BCD bashring can be added to the crankset to protect a 104 or 64 BCD chainring.
- Properly sized to fit 104 or 64 BCD chainring
- Two sizes for ultimate protection: smaller 26-30t (132 mm diameter) and mid-sized 32t-34t (148 mm diameter).
Compatibility
These are for use with 104 BCD chainrings or 64 BCD chainrings on 104 BCD cranksets
These are compatible with all triple 104 BCD cranksets and mount in the “big ring” position
They are compatible with double cranksets that have flat outfacing mounting tabs, like XTR M980. However, many 2x specific cranks, like Shimano XT M785, have a profiled outer surface on the mounting tab so our bashring cannot be mounted on that non-flat surface.
These work great with the 104 BCD Elliptical 32t ring. They will work with the 34t as well, but at the max diameter a few teeth will extend just beyond the bashring.
Chainring bolt requirements for this bashring
104 x 30t - 10mm bolts are required for use with the bashring.
Other 104 BCD sizes - you will need 8mm bolts (stock size that comes on 3x cranksets holding the middle and big rings on). Wolf Tooth does not make these.
When using with the 64 BCD you will need 6mm bolts to mount the bashring. Note: Orient the head of the bolt to the inside to provide clearance for the chain (bolts will go in backwards).Stock Level:Out Of StockStock Level:Out of Stock$77.25 (RRP) -

Want to build a single speed without having to buy a dedicated frame? Try the Melvin. The Melvin bolts to the frame where the rear derailleur would normally go and allows the use of a single speed rear wheel on bikes with vertical dropouts.
The Melvin uses two pulleys, just like a rear derailleur, which gives it 20 teeth of chain wrap. This means that the Melvin will work with multiple front chain rings while maintaining proper chain tension. Of course this is no longer a true single speed, but can come in handy when two or three gears are all you need. Twenty teeth of chain wrap means that chain rings with a maximum difference of twenty teeth can be used up front.
Chain tension is optimized when the chain length is cut so that the pulleys are aligned vertically. For 1/8" cogs Paul recommend the silver SRAM PC-1 chain and any 8 speed chain for 3/32" cogs.Stock Level:1Stock Level:1Stock Level:Out of StockStock Level:Out of StockStock Level:Out of Stock$312.00 (RRP)$378.00 (RRP)$312.00 (RRP)$312.00 (RRP) -

The Chain Keeper is a guide to keep your chain right where it belongs. Mounted in place of a front derailleur, the Chain Keeper works with single chain ring drivetrains using a narrow chain. The chain block surrounds the chain as it meets the chain ring and prevents it from skipping off.
Note: This is not designed for downhill, freeride, or big hit use.Stock Level:In StockStock Level:2Stock Level:Out of StockStock Level:1Stock Level:Out of StockStock Level:1Stock Level:1Stock Level:Out of StockStock Level:Out of StockStock Level:Out of StockStock Level:Out of StockStock Level:Out of StockStock Level:Out of StockStock Level:Out of StockStock Level:Out of Stock$207.00 (RRP)$207.00 (RRP)$273.00 (RRP)$207.00 (RRP)$207.00 (RRP)$207.00 (RRP)$207.00 (RRP)$273.00 (RRP)$207.00 (RRP)$207.00 (RRP)$207.00 (RRP)$207.00 (RRP)$273.00 (RRP)$207.00 (RRP)
